Founder and Provider
Senia Garcia BSN, RN
Senia Garcia, originally from the Dominican Republic, moved to the United States in 2009 at age 19. After relocating, she dedicated 2010–2013 to mastering English through an ESL program, having previously studied marketing in her home country. In 2013, Senia pursued a nursing career, working in custodial and supply management roles at Stony Brook Hospital while completing her education. By 2017, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the hospital’s Emergency Department, transitioning to a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Intensive Care Unit in 2019, where she provides compassionate care to critically ill patients and their families. In April 2024, Senia earned her Bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University.
In 2022, driven by a lifelong passion, Senia began training in aesthetics, earning certifications and gaining endless hands-on experience under expert physicians. She now channels her dedication and expertise into her own aesthetics business, empowering clients with personalized, confidence-enhancing treatments.
Medical Director
Dr. Rajesh Vindhya
Dr. Rajesh Vindhya is a highly experienced Board Certified Internal Medicine physician specializing in Geriatric Medicine, with a robust background in healthcare management and aesthetics. With 14 years of clinical expertise, he has served as a Hospitalist and Medical Director in various healthcare models, including weight loss and medical spa/wellness clinics, high-risk patient management, and population health.
His journey into aesthetic medicine began during his tenure as a Hospitalist/Medicine Attending, where he developed a keen interest in aesthetic procedures. Over the years, Dr. Vindhya has undergone specialized training in Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling, enriching his aesthetic skill set.
As Chief of the Hospitalist Program and Director of the Hospitalist Program at prestigious medical centers, including Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and Horizon Family Medical Group, Dr. Vindhya gained valuable leadership experience that fueled his passion for aesthetics. He implemented strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and introduced aesthetic services to complement medical offerings.
Dr. Vindhya's commitment to excellence is evident in his achievements, including recognition as the highest work RVU physician and significant contributions to medical education as a Hospitalist/Medicine Teaching Attending. His vast experience, combined with his dedication to patient care and continuous learning, makes him an invaluable asset in the field of aesthetic medicine.
